Event costs can vary quite a bit depending on the degree of detail, number of guests, event length and what is selected within each category. We help guide you to decisions in each of these areas using your budget as a framework. As leading event planners in we know how to work with your budget and stretch it as far as it will go.

Management Fee

We charge a flat fee for planning and design based on the scope of your event. Other costs for materials, venue, catering, entertainment, and on-site staff would require quotation and listing on your budget to ensure all costs are clear during the design phase. A portion of the budget is due in the design phase and the remainder before the start of your event.
